The town of Tel Mond is located to the east of Netanya and north of Kfar Saba. It was founded as one of a cluster of agricultural settlements to provide work for immigrants in the early years of the State, but today it has become an upmarket community with a large number of English-speaking immigrants, particularly from South Africa. In recent years, the town has grown and become a municipal hub servicing the surrounding communities.
